Gwyndyn Alexander (Author)
When I was a child, I immersed myself in fairy tales and in classical mythology.
I was fascinated by the stories, by the adventures, by the excitement and the brave deeds.
My fascination was short lived, though, when I realized all of the women were either passive victims, or villains. The villains were more interesting, but there was nothing I could relate to, no one to provide road maps on what was possible as a woman.
